Numbering style help

Auto increment number

Auto increment number:The style is "{000#}", the number of 0 in the middle can be increased according to the needs of the company, and the number of digits of the auto increment number is the number of 0 + 1, for example, "{000#}" is the 4-digit auto increment number. All locations share a single auto increment number and will not be reset.
The location is a separate auto increment number:Add "[L]" after the auto increment number to become {000#[L]}, and each location has a separate auto increment number, starting from 1.
Reset the auto increment number every month:Add "[RM]" to the end of the auto increment number, it becomes {000#[RM]}, and the system will reset the auto increment number on the first day of each month.
The auto increment number of the combined equation:Add the equation after the auto increment number, for example, "{#[+181000]}", then the auto increment number starts from "181001".
Only one digit of the auto increment number is displayed:Write only one "#" and add the number n enclosed in English parentheses after "#" to indicate that only the nth digit of the complete auto increment number is displayed. For example, {000#(1)} indicates the first digit of the complete auto increment number.

Date

Year: four digits, the full year is represented by "{YYYY}". Write only a "Y" and add the number n in parentheses after the year to indicate that only the nth digit of the full month is displayed, and the same goes for the month and day. For example: {Y(1)}, which means that only the first digit of the full year is displayed. "{YY}" indicates the year in which two digits are displayed.
Month: Two digits, the full month is represented by "{MM}". "{MMM}" indicates the month with an abbreviation, such as "JAN".
Date: Two digits, full dates are denoted by "{DD}".

Numbering

The whole number is a prefix + body + suffix, the characters written in curly braces "{}" are varied, the characters not in curly braces are fixed, and the characters are generally separated by "-".
Prefix: The prefix of the number, which is usually some fixed characters, such as the prefix of the order can be set to "O-".
Body: The main part of the number, which is generally changing, for example, it can be set to year-month-serial number, that is, "{YY}-{MM}-{000#}".
Suffix: The numbered suffix, generally speaking, only one of the prefix and the suffix will be used.
