How to set up email
Open CMSclick general setting
click system setting
click page tab email setting .
Select your email provider, if there is no option for this provider, select "Custom" and enter the SMTP server in the "Server" field.
You need to consult your mailbox supplier, to obtain SMTP server information.
Enter the username and password of the mailbox you set up to send emails.
Enter the port and encryption used by the mailbox provider.
Fill in the Sending Email Account and Sending Email Alias.
If the account you entered above is only an account to log in to the mail server, such as an account, instead of a standard email format account, such as account@mail.com, then please enter the account that actually sent the email in the [Send email account] field, otherwise you do not need to fill this field.
After filling in all the required fields, click [Test] to test whether the filled account can send emails properly.
Fill in the mailbox that accepts the test mail.
If the sending fails, please check whether the information filled in is correct.
If you receive a test email from your email address, the help message is correct.
Click [Save] to save the email settings.

Here you can set reference number, quotation number, order number, invoice number, delivery note number, purchase order number (purchase order number), Debit Note No. (debit note number), Credit Note No. (credit note number) , payment settlement number, employee number, membership number, writeoff No (depreciation order number).
Each numbering is divided into four parts: prefix, body, suffix, and revision number.
There are style notes on the right for reference.
Auto increment number:The style is "{000#}", the number of 0 in the middle can be increased according to the needs of the company, and the number of digits of the auto increment number is the number of 0 + 1, for example, "{000#}" is the 4-digit auto increment number. All locations share a single auto increment number and will not be reset.
The location is a separate auto increment number:Add "[L]" after the auto increment number to become {000#[L]}, and each location has a separate auto increment number, starting from 1.
Reset the auto increment number every month:Add "[RM]" to the end of the auto increment number, it becomes {000#[RM]}, and the system will reset the auto increment number on the first day of each month.
The auto increment number of the combined equation:Add the equation after the auto increment number, for example, "{#[+181000]}", then the auto increment number starts from "181001".
Only one digit of the auto increment number is displayed:Write only one "#" and add the number n enclosed in English parentheses after "#" to indicate that only the nth digit of the complete auto increment number is displayed. For example, {000#(1)} indicates the first digit of the complete auto increment number.
Year: four digits, the full year is represented by "{YYYY}". Write only a "Y" and add the number n in parentheses after the year to indicate that only the nth digit of the full month is displayed, and the same goes for the month and day. For example: {Y(1)}, which means that only the first digit of the full year is displayed. "{YY}" indicates the year in which two digits are displayed.
Month: Two digits, the full month is represented by "{MM}". "{MMM}" indicates the month with an abbreviation, such as "JAN".
Date: Two digits, full dates are denoted by "{DD}".
The whole number is a prefix + body + suffix, the characters written in curly braces "{}" are varied, the characters not in curly braces are fixed, and the characters are generally separated by "-".
Prefix: The prefix of the number, which is usually some fixed characters, such as the prefix of the order can be set to "O-".
Body: The main part of the number, which is generally changing, for example, it can be set to year-month-serial number, that is, "{YY}-{MM}-{000#}".
Suffix: The numbered suffix, generally speaking, only one of the prefix and the suffix will be used.
language settings

Here you can set the language of the CMS, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong), Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) are optional, you can choose multiple, but Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) and Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) can only choose one of them
The language selected under [Language Settings] will be displayed in the red box in the figure below. Note that the language selected here is temporary and will return to the set default language after logging in again.
Under [Default Language Setting], select one of the languages selected above as the default language for the CMS.
After setting, click [Save], log in again and update.
Telephone
Open CMSclick general setting

Find the telephone area code of the area you want to modify the settings, click on the right。
Here you can set whether the telephone area code of each area is enabled or not and whether it is set to the top or not.
Click the button on the right of [Enabled] to "Yes" to enable the telephone area code, otherwise, the enabled telephone area code will be displayed in the optional area code list.
Click the button on the right side of [Top] to "Yes" to pin the phone area code, otherwise not, the pinned phone area code will be placed at the top of the list, separated from other unpinned phone area codes.
date format

Enter the date format in the input box, "YYYY" represents the year, "MM" represents the month, "DD" represents the date, and connect with "-" in the middle.
For example, the input method of year-month-day is "YYYY-MM-DD".
