Member Center of the Website
After a customer registers as a member of the online store, they can perform some personal actions in the online store.
Retrieve your password
The customer opens the online store clicks on the villain icon to log in.
On the login screen, click "Forgot your password?" ]。
The customer enters the email to get the reset password.
The customer logs in to their email box to check the email and resets the password according to the instructions.
Modify your personal details
After logging in to the online store click on the villain icon to enter the member center.
Click the Profile tab.
You can change your basic personal information, including email address, phone number, name, and password, here. When the update is complete, click "Save".
Note: If you need to change your password, you need to fill in [Current Password], [New Password], and [Confirm Password] at the same time.
How to track your order history
After logging in to the member account in the online storeclick on the villain icon to enter the member center
click on the tab My Orders to view the order.
Click Dates in the top right to select the date range for your order.
Click on different sub-tabs to view orders with different statuses, including all orders, active orders, and completed orders.
Manage your wish list
After a customer logs in as a member in the online store, if they see a product they like while browsing for products, they can add the product to their wish list by moving their mouse over the product and lighting up the love icon.
Click the heart icon again to extinguish it to remove the item from your wishlist.
Click on the villain icon in the upper right corner to enter the member center click on the tab My Wish List.
Customers can see their favorite items in My Wish List.
Download Center
Customers log in to the online store click the villain icon to enter the member center
click the tab download center, and then you can view the downloadable data released by the merchant.
Click the file name to download the corresponding file to the local computer.
View your shopping points history
Customers log in to the online store click on the villain icon to enter the member center
and click on the tab My Points to view the shopping points history.
Click on the date to select the date range for which you can view your points history.
Click the Validated/Not Validated tab to view the validated/inactive points.
Check out the package
Customers log in to the online store click on the villain icon to enter the member center
and click on the tab package coupon to view their own package.
There are two types of packages: prepaid packages and cash packages, and you can click on different sub-tabs to view different packages.
Click on the QR code icon on the right side of the package to open the QR code of the package.
My coupons
Customers log in to the online store click on the villain icon to enter the member center
and click on the tab My Coupons to view their coupons and gifts.
Here customers can see their coupons and gifts, click on different tabs to view coupons/gifts/transferred gifts/transferred gifts.
Click Date to select a date range to view.
