Stock In
Create stock-in records through purchasing.
Open CMSClick on Inventory
Click to stock in, view stock-in records.
Inventory stock-in records are created through purchases and returns, see the Order module for how to create purchases playbook-Purchase Order Management
Click on the right side of the entry record You can view the details of the entry record.
After creating a warehouse receipt through purchasing, in Inventory - Stock-In, click the warehouse icon on the right side of the warehouse receipt to complete warehousing.
If there are multiple entry orders that need to be completed, Check the box of the entry order that needs to be enteredClick [Batch Process Stock-in].
After creating a warehouse receipt through the purchase above, in addition to CMS, you can also do your warehousing at POS.
Open the POS and switch to the warehouse location of the warehouse receipt, which can be confirmed by checking the purchase order.
In POS, Click on InventoryClick to stock in.
Find the stock-in record corresponding to the purchase orderJust click on the arrow icon to complete the process.
Enter [Actual Stock-in Qty]Click [Confirm], you can complete the entry into the inventory.
Stock Transfer
You will need at least 2 locations to complete the transfer process (outbound location and inbound location).For more information on how to create a location, please see the general settings in the playbook-Merchant Profiles and Locations.
There are 3 ways to create a transfer.
Open CMSClick on Inventory
Click to stock-transfer
Click on the tab to stock transfer, you can view the list of stocking records. Click the research icon on the right side of a stock-transfer record to view the details of the stock-transfer record.

Click to stock transfer
Click on the tab to stock transfer
Click [add].
Selection of transfer out and transfer in locationsSelect the stock-out date and stock-in date.
Click the [+] on the right side of the list below to add products related to your request.
Search by product number/name, etc.Check the items that need to be reordered
Enter the corresponding [Qty]
Tap [Add Selected] at the top right.
Click [No] to close the current page, and add the selected products to the list, if you still need to add products, click [Yes] to return.
If necessary, you can enter a note for the transfer in [Remarks].
Click on the gears in the upper right corner of the catalogCheck [Stock-in Remark] and [Stock-out Remark] to fill in the Stock-in and Stock-out remark.
Click [Save] to create an order.
You can see the newly created order under the list of stock-transfer records after creating , and the status is in the process of pending.
Open CMSClick on Inventory
Click to stock-transfer
Click on the tab to stock transfer
Click [Created from Excel].
Click [new template].
Follow the exported Excel template to fill in the stocking information.
Product Code: The item number of the item to be transferred.
SKU No.: If the goods involved in the transfer contains multiple attributes, then you need to fill in the SKU No. to distinguish the different attributes of the same goods.
Lot No.: Enable the products with batch number need to fill in, but not need to fill in.
Serial No.: Fill in the serial number if it is enabled, but not if it is not.
Qty: The quantity of the item to be shipped.
Location (Source): Enter the number of the dispatch location for this dispatch. For example, if the number of the location is W-01, then enter "W-01".
Location (Destination): Enter the number of the transfer location for this transfer. For example, if the number of the transfer location is "S01:", then enter "S01".
Stock Out Date: Enter the out date of this transfer (optional, default is today).
Stock in date: Enter the date of entry of this transfer (optional, default is today).
Stock Out Remark/Stock In Remark: Optional.
Save the Excel after editingBack to CMS - Inventory - Dispatch
Click [Created by Excel].
Click [Select File...]Upload the Excel you just saved.
After successfully uploading, the creation of the order will be completed, and you can see the newly created order records in the list of order records, and the status is in the process of pending.
Click on the arrow icon on the right side of the purchase order record to make the stock out.
Click the arrow icon again to enter the position.

Create a stock transfer through the Stock-out Overview
Click to stock transferClick on the page to see an overview of stock-owing overview, you can see an overview of items that are currently out of stock.
The red color in the table is the product name, the blue color is the inventory status of the default location, and the green color is the inventory status of other locations.
If there is inventory in the default location, you can click the [+] to the right of the Out of Stock Item Dispatch column to dispatch inventory from the default location to another out of stock location.
As shown in the figure below, two items from the preset location W-01 will be transferred to S-01, and the corresponding transfer order can be created by clicking [Create Transfer Order] in the upper right corner.
If [AutoFill] is clicked and there is enough stock at the default location, then the system will replenish all out-of-stocks to zero.
After the creation is completed, jump to the dispatching page, you can see the just created dispatching records, the status is pending.
Click the shipping icon to ship the product.
Click the position icon to enter a position.
Complete the transfer.
Packing List
When a customer places an order and the order creates a delivery order, a packing list is automatically created. Click Packing List to view the packing list.
Click on the right side of the view this packing list.
The packing list is shown below.
Click the icon on the right to generate a PDF of the packing list.
You can print a PDF of the order packing slip for your warehouse associates to pack the ordered items.
Stock out
When a customer places an order and the order creates a delivery order, a stock-out order is automatically created.
Open CMSClick on Inventory
Click to stock out, you can view the list of stock-out orders.
Click on the right side of the stock-out order , you can view the order.
You can see that the current status of the order is prepare to stock out.
Toggle the status to Ready for Stock outClick [Save] in the upper right corner to change the stock-out order from prepare to ready to stock out.
After the status change, you can see that the stock-out order has a third status type of Stock Out.
Switch the status to stock out and click [Save] in the upper right corner, the status of the stock-out order will be changed from Ready for Stock Out to Stock Out.
Back to the packing list, you can see that just now the status of the Ready for Stock Out order has been changed to Stock out.
