1. Go to Sales > Sales Overview.

2. Here’re the 3 ways to find your transaction record

  • Search bar - Input any key word matching your transaction record.

  • Filter - Left beside column header there’s a filter icon, click it to filter data within this column

  • Sorting - Right beside column header there’s a sorting icon, click it to sort data within this column.

3. To control which fields are shown or hidden in your transaction table, click Show/hide field.

Depends on the transaction type, it may have these forms:

1. Quotation

2. Order

3. Delivery Note

4. Invoice

5. Receipt

6. Purchasing Order

1. Go to Sales > Sales Overview.

2. Within [form status] column, eg. Order Status column, click status color bar, eg. , to open the details page of a form.

1. Go to Sales > Sales Overview.

2. Find the transaction, click in Action Column.

You can set up a different payment flow for B2B customers, e.g different check out process:

  1. Go to Sales > Setting > Sales Configuration tab

  2. Turn the button into “Yes” for “Enable payment flow for B2B”
  3. Click  afterwards
