2. HOW TO CREATE A TRANSFER ORDER
Note: You need at least 2 locations for the adjustment process, how to create a location, please click here , refer to the playbook of location management
Regarding the way to create a stock transfer, there are 3 ways to create a transfer
1. Go to Inventory > Stock transfer
2. Click to add
3. Select the source location and the destination location
4. Enter the date of delivery and the date of receipt
5. Tap to add products related to the request
6. Search products using ID/Code/Name, press Enter after key in the keyword.
7. Tick the appropriate product and enter the desired quantity
8. Click add Selected . If you do not need to add other products to this transfer, click Close
9. Remarks: The entered remarks represent the remarks of the entire adjustment order, which can be seen on the stock transfer order
10 Stock out Remarks: Notes for this item stock out
11 Stock in remarks: Notes for this item stock in
12. Click save , and the establishment of the transfer order in the CMS has been completed
13. After creating the transfer order, you can see the newly created transfer order under the CMS transfer record list, and the status is in Pending
14. The stock transfer records can also be seen in the pos.

CREATE STOCK TRANSFER PRODUCT LIST THROUGH EXCEL IN CMS
C MS - > Inventory - > Stock Transfer, click Create by Excel
Click on the new template to export excel to create a template for the transfer order.
Fill in the product information and the information of the transfer store according to the excel template
Commodity number: Enter the commodity number to be transferred
SKU number: If the item involved in the adjustment is an attribute product, you need to use the SKU number to distinguish which attribute product is being adjusted; because the attribute products are all the same product number , please click here to understand what an attribute product is
Quantity: Enter the quantity of the product to be transferred
Destination location: Enter the number of the transfer-out location for this transfer. For example, if the number of the destination warehouse is W-01, enter the number.
Source location: Enter the transfer-in number of the transfer location for this time. For example, if the number of the transfer-in store is S - 01, enter this number
Stock out date: Enter the outgoing date of this transfer (optional)
Stock in date: Enter the warehousing date of this transfer (optional)
After editing the transfer excel, go back to C MS - > Inventory - > Stock transfer, click " created by excel " - > select file , select the edited transfer excel
After uploading, the establishment of the transfer order can be completed, and the newly created transfer record will be displayed under the transfer record.
There are two ways to complete the Stock transfer order, one is to complete the transfer in the CMS , and the other is to complete the transfer in the POS ;
Complete the transfer in CMS
Refer to the case of creating a transfer order from CMS . After the transfer is established, find the transfer order to be completed under the CMS transfer record, click to finish stock out
and continue to click stock in to complete the transfer record.
Complete the transfer at the POS, referring to the pos inventory details.
1. You need 2 locations to do the stock transfer process
2. Go to General Setting > Company Profile to create locations
3. Click the “Location” tab, then click “ Add”
4. Fill the fields with “*”
5. Click “Save”, then click “ Add” again to create Location B
6. Click “Save” and location B is created
7. After created 2 locations, you can move on to stock transfer

Create Stock Transfer Request in CMS
1. Go to Inventory > Stock Transfer
2. Click “ Add”
3. Select source location and destination location
4. Input the stock out and stock in date
5. Click “ ” to add product(s) related into the request
6. Search a product with ID/ Code/ Name
7. Tick the suitable product(s) and enter quantity needed
8. Click “ Add Selected”
9. Click “Save” and the request is created

Create Stock Transfer Request in POS
1. Go to Inventory > Stock Out
2. Click the Stock Transfer icon
3. Click the arrow icon to select destination location
4. Click the magnifier icon to search a product /
Click the scan icon to scan a product
5. Click “Create Delivery Note” > “OK”
6. Operation success and your delivery note is created
7. You can see the status of the delivery note is “Pending Out”

Stock-out a product
1. Find the stock-out request you need and click the arrow icon
2. Click “Confirm” to stock-out
3. Quantity of inventory is updated

Stock In Product
1. Go to Inventory > Stock In
2. Find the stock in request you need. Click the arrow icon
3. Click “Confirm” if everything is OK
4. The quantity of inventory is updated
8. The whole Stock Transfer is completed
1. If the stock transfer status is “Pending”, you can click the cancel icon under “Action”
2. Click OK to confirm cancellation

1. Click “Generate PDF” icon under “Action”
2. The PDF will be created, you can choose to Print or Save this PDF
1. Go to Inventory > Stock Out
2. Find the stock-out request you need and click the arrow icon
3. Click “Confirm” to stock-out
4. Quantity of inventory is updated
1. Go to Inventory > Stock In
2. Find the stock in request you need. Click the arrow icon
3. Click “Confirm” if everything is OK
4. The quantity of inventory is updated
