1. POS HARDWARE PREPARATION 

1. Confirm the hardware for using POS is compatible  or not 

  • For IPad: at least 9.7inches; IOS v.11 

  • For Iphone : at least IOS v.11 

  • For Android Pad： at least 9.7 inches; Samsung brand； Android v.9 

  • For Android Phone： Samsung brand； Android v.9 

  • For Web： 

  • Chrome - Version 73.0.3683.103 

  • Safari - Version 12.0.2 (14606.3.4) 

  

2. How to download and install the PosifyRetail APP 

  • For IPad POS 

  • Go to App Store > Search PosifyRetail > Click Download 

  • For Pad POS 

  • Go to Play Store >Search PosifyRetail > Click Download 

  • For Web POS 

  • Go to CMS > POS> Click Web POS 

2. HOW TO ACTIVATE THE POS 

Guideline：Click here 

3. CHOOSE THE ENVIRONMENT 

If need to test, select the Sandbox 

If need to login Formal environment, select the Production 

4. CHOOSE THE SINGLE MODE OR HYBRID MODE 

Login POS ，Settings > Mode 

If you only use retail functions, select Only Retail 

If you use retail and F&B, select Retail and F&B 

5. CHOOSE THE STORE TO USE 

Login POS，Click settings -> Shop 

Click which shop/location you want to use. 

6. CHOOSE ONLINE & OFFLINE MODE 

POS->Settings->Mode->Network 

Select Online Mode/Offline Mode (p.s: Offline mode has functional limitations. Coupon cannot be used, inventory cannot be updated in time, and membership function cannot be used ) 

7. DOWNLOAD OR UPLOAD DATA 

  1. Click Mode 

  1. Click Data 

  1. Select Download Data/Upload Data 

  • If you updated in CMS, you can click “Download Data”. 

  • If your network is unstable, you can click “Upload Data” 

8. CHOOSE THE POS DISPLAY LANGUAGE AND PRINT LANGUAGE 

POS->Settings->Language 

Select POS display language and print language

9. CHOOSE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHOD 

POS->Settings->Payment ; Enable payment method 

10. SET THE NUMBER OF DECIMAL PLACES FOR RECEIPTS 

POS->Settings->General，Round Grand Total Decimal Point 0（Other setting way: CMS > Payment & Currencies） 

11.SET UP GST (SALES TAX FORMULA) 

POS->Settings->General，Taxes（Other setting way: CMS > Payment & Currencies） 

12. SET UP POS CURRENCY 

POS->Settings->Currency，display Currency（Other setting way: CMS > Payment & Currencies） 

13. SET UP THE PRINTER 

Click POS Settings> Print，Add Printer > Printer Model > Select Model

1. Or you can configure EPSON printer according to the following text tutorial： 

  • a) Download APP “EPSON TM Utility” at Google Play store or Apple store 

  • b) Open the APP and click "Wi-fi Setup Wizard" 

  • c) Select Model :TM-M30 

  • d) Click Next

  • e) Setting 

  • f) When done you will print an information sheet with the IP address on the paper. 

2) Select the printer and fill in the IP address printed on the paper in the IP address field. 

  • a) Click “Print test Page 

  • b) Click Save 

If you use Star TSP100IIIW 

1) Following the setting: https://www.star-m.jp/products/s_print/tsp100iiilan/manual/en/index.htm 
2) When done you will print an information sheet with the IP address on the paper. 

3) Select the printer and fill in the IP address printed on the paper in the IP address field. 

4) Click “Print test Page” 
5) Click Save 

If you use Star TSP100IIIU 
1) Insert the USB port of the iPad charging cable into the USB port on the back of the Star printer 
2) Select Printer model： Star TSP 100IIIU 
3) Click “Print test Page” Whether there is a test order printed out, if the order is successfully issued, you can click "Save"。If not, check whether the connection between the printer and the iPad is normal. If the connection is successful, the iPad will be charging. 

If you use Star mPOP Bluetooth 
1) iPad Setting > Enable bluetooth > Connect Star mPOP 
2) Select Printer at PosifyRetail POS 
3) Click “Print test Page 

4) Click Save 

If you use air-print (A4 Format) 
1) iPad Setting > Enable wifi > Connect air-print

2) Select Printer at PosifyRetail POS 
3) Click “Print test Page 

 

4) Click Save 

2. Set the order department corresponding to the printer（Only F&B POS） 

Click Print，Click edit Printer 

 

Click Save 

3. Delete Printer 

  • Tap on the printer and swipe left > Click Delete 

4. Printer Remarks 

  • Select Printer 

  • Type text at Printer Remarks 

  • Click Save 

5. Print receipt or not when paying 

POS->Settings->Print ；Enable Print receipt or not when paying 

6. Number of invoices printed 

POS->Settings->Print；Type Number of invoices printed  

7. Number of receipt printed 

POS->Settings->Print；Type Number of receipt printed  

8. Receipt printing width 

POS->Settings ->print；Select receipt printing width 

9. Set up printing format 

POS->Settings->Print；Edit Template
