1. CHANNEL SETTINGS FOR SENDING NOTIFICATIONS 

 
Description: After configuring the email, SMS service, and Facebook Messenger in Posify, the merchant can set the relevant notifications to remind the guests when the actions are triggered by the guests. 

Operation guide: 

Email Settings: 

 
Click General Settings →System Settings→ Email Setting to set up emails. Refer to the link: click here

2. SALES MODULE 

2.1 ORDER CONFIRMATION NOTIFICATION 

 
Operation guide: 

 
CMS->Notification Centre->Order Confirmation Notification > Edit > General Setting 

 
Glossary: 

 
Whether to enable the automatic email/SMS/Messenger template: Enabled. When the customer confirms the order, the order message will be automatically sent through the corresponding method. 

 
Bcc to: You can set cc to other mailboxes. When sending order confirmation emails, you can synchronously cc to other mailboxes 

After placing the order, the customer receives an order confirmation email sent by the merchant. 

This email can be found in the Email Sending Mailbox > Outbox set by the merchant. In addition, if you copy the mailbox, it will also be copied synchronously. 

Basic template setting: refers to the part of the notification that needs to be displayed. You can mark "Yes" if you need it, and no if you don't need it. 

 
Take the received order email notification as an example, the specific display location is as follows 

In the product information part, you can change the display order by clicking the position of the red box icon, and by holding down the mouse and dragging. 

 
Click Email Template to further customize and edit the content of the email sent 

 
Glossary: 

 
Here is an example of the order confirmation email received above 

 
Email Title: refers to the subject of the email received by the guest 

Email Body - Greetings: Refers to the greeting to the guest at the beginning of the email. 

Email Body – Content:Refers to the main content at the beginning of the email, generally used to indicate that the order has been placed 

Email Body – Footer:Generally used for signing, write the store name, store address and store contact information. 

 
Background image: You can set the background of the front of the email through an image. 

Top banner: can be displayed above the message body by placing an image. 

The text content of the email template can be edited, but the system parameters cannot be changed: 

 
Sales notification management 

 
{shop_name} : shop name 

 
{invoice_no} : Invoice number 

{shop_address} : shop address 

Here, take the email body - the bottom as an example, place {shop_address}, {invoice_no}, {shop_name} as shown in the figure, you can set it like this 

 
Click on the SMS template to edit the content of the SMS 

 
After the template is set, click Save. 

2.2 RECEIPT UPLOAD NOTIFICATION, READY TO PICK-UP NOTIFICATION, ORDER DELIVERING NOTIFICATION, ORDER REFUND NOTIFICATION 

 
The setting method is the same as the order confirmation notification. 

 
 

2.3 BOOKING REMINDER NOTIFICATION 

Send out N days in advance: Refers to how many days in advance a customer can be reminded of an appointment. For example, the appointment service needs to be reminded 7 days and 1 day in advance, which can be set as shown in the figure. 

3. CRM MODULE 

 
3.1 MEMBER WELCOME NOTICE

{applyNo} : Sales partner application/withdrawal application number

Here, take {shop_url} and {levelName} as an example, put the content in the email body - content 

After successful registration, you will receive a welcome notification email, and you can see the content of the system parameters set. 

3.2 MEMBERSHIP UPGRADE REMINDER, MEMBERSHIP EXPIRATION NOTIFICATION, WELCOME GIFT NOTIFICATION, BIRTHDAY GIFT NOTIFICATION, FESTIVAL GIFT NOTIFICATION, REFERRAL GIFT NOTIFICATION, MEMBER POINT/CASH DOLLAR EXPIRATION NOTIFICATION, MEMBER POINT/CASH DOLLAR ACTIVATION NOTIFICATION, GIFT CONFIRMATION NOTIFICATION, COUPON AS GIFT NOTIFICAITON, CASH DOLLAR AS GIFT NOTIFICAITON, TRANSFER REBATE NOTICE, GIFT ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICAITON, GIFT DECLINATION NOTIFICAITON 

 
This part of the settings are consistent with the above settings. 

4.MARKETING MODULE 

 
4.1 NEW PROMOTION NOTIFICATION 

 
Description: After setting up a notification for a new promotion, the merchant can automatically send a notification to the guest when adding or modifying a promotion. 

 
The previous settings are consistent with the sales module, you can edit the text content of the email template, but the system parameters cannot be changed:

{shop_url} : Shop website URL 

{promotionName} : the name of the promotion 

{shop_name} : shop name 

{shop_address} : shop address 

{couponName} : Coupon name 

{detail} : Details of Remaining Points/Cash Dollars

Notifications need to be set up first

After the addition, a notification will be sent to the customer, indicating that the store has added a promotion. 

4.2 NEW COUPON NOTIFICATION, COUPON GIFT NOTIFICATION 

The setup method is the same as the new campaign method. 

Sale Module

You can edit the following notification settings from sale module:
 

  1. Order confirmation notification
  2. Payment confirmation notification
  3. Pick-up reminder notification
  4. Order refund notification
  5. Appointment reminder notification

Sale module notification can notify customers about their purchase process.
For example, if you enable Order confirmation notification, it can remind customers they are successfully ordered their products.

 

CRM Module

You can edit the following notification settings from CRM module:
 

  1. Member welcome notification
  2. Member upgrade reminder
  3. Membership expiry notification
  4. Welcome gift notification
  5. Birthday gift notification
  6. Member point/ cash dollar expiry notification
  7. Member point/ cash dollar activation notification

CRM module notification can notify members about their membership changes or give them a welcome message.
For example, if you enable Member welcome notification, members will get a welcome message once they successfully registered as a member.

 

Marketing Module

You can edit the following notification settings from marketing module:
 

  1. New promotion notification
  2. New coupon notification

Marketing module notification can notify customers about new promotions and coupons.
For example, if you enable New promotion notification, customers will be notified when there’s a new promotion.

 

Referral Module

You can edit the following notification settings from referral module:
 

  1. Referral weekly report 
  2. Cash out application notification 
  3. Cash out approved notification
  4. Referrer application notification
  5. Approved referrer application notification
  6. Disapproved referrer application notification

Referral module notification can notify customers about the referral process.
For example, if you enable Referrer application notification, your customers will be notified that their Referrer application is received.
