Add new products

Add a new item to your store to sell.

Open CMSClick ProductsClick Retail ProductClick the [Add] button to enter the product creation page.

Click on the tab General, and in Visibility select which stores the product will be displayed in.

Fill in Cord, Product name, Product Highlight, and Product Description.

Click the Categories tab, select the brand and categories. Multiple categories can be chosen—for example, you may select both the general "Shoes" category and a more specific subcategory for the product.

Click the Photos tab, click [Browse...] to upload product images.

Click on the Price & Variants tabSelect [Does this product has different variants (like color, size)?] Yes，you can enable product variantsClick [Add Variant to This Product] to add new variants.

Note: Product options are attributes that allow customers to make selections, such as different colors or sizes for the same product. These attributes are optional. If your product does not have specific variants, you may skip this step.

Fill in the [Retail Price] and [Marked Price] for the product in Price Settings.

After completing the product details, click [Save] in the upper-right corner to add a new product.

Based on the product information, you can query the product in the product management page.

Edit the product

Editing a single item:

  If you need to re-edit the created product, open the CMSclick on the productclick on the retail productfind the product you want to re-editclick on the right.。

  Enter the product editing page, and you can re-edit the information and settings of this product.

  After editing, click [Save] in the upper right corner.

batch edit：

  Batch editing allows us to edit multiple products at once more quickly.

  Open the CMSclick on the productclick on the retail productselect several products that you want to edit in batchesand click [Batch Edit].

  On the opened batch product editing page, you can modify the information of the selected products at one time.

  After editing, click [Save] in the upper right corner.

edit mode：

  In edit mode, we can manage and edit our products more quickly.

  Open the CMSclick on the productclick on the retail productclick [edit mode] to enter the edit mode.

  Click [Show/Hide Column] and select the content to be edited.

  For example: if you need to increase the inventory of goods, then select the store that needs to increase the inventory in the inventory option and light up the store and update the inventory.

Enter the quantity to increase the inventory of the product, and click [Update Now].

Note: Modifying commodity inventory through edit mode can only increase, not decrease.

  After confirming that it is correct, click [Update Now].

  Click [Finish] to complete the relevant editing.

Copy the item

Open CMSclick Productclick Retail Product find the product to be copied, click on the right, and enter the product editing page.

After entering the product details, click [Copy] in the upper-right corner.

The copied product will automatically append [-copy] to the original product code, and you can modify the new product code as needed.Click [Save] in the upper-right corner.

As you can see, the product has been successfully duplicated.

Delete products

  Open CMSclick Productclick Retail find the item you want to deleteclick on the right.。

">  Once confirmed, the item will be successfully deleted.

  Or click ，on the right side of the product to enter the product editing page.

  Click[delete] at the top right.

  After confirmation, the item has been successfully deleted.

 Remark:

· Products that have already undergone inventory changes cannot be deleted.

Products are on and off the shelves

List new products

When adding new products, if there are no attributes, it will be in the default listing status. If there is an attribute, it will be in the default delisted state.

Open CMSClick ProductsClick Retail ProductSelect [Display disabled products] Yes,view unpublished products.

Locate the target product and click the On-shelf button to the right of itSelect Yes to complete the product listing.

You can also click the  icon on the right side of the target product to enter the product editing page.

Click [On-Shelf] in the upper-right cornerSelect Yes to successfully list the product.

After confirmation, the product will be successfully listed.

Removal of products ：

  Open CMSclick Productclick Retailfind the target product, click the Remove button on the right。 

  You can also click，on the right side of the target product to enter the product editing page.

  Click [Delist] at the top right.

 Select Yes to complete the removal of the product.

Re-list and remove products：

Since the process to On-shelf/Disable products is the same as listing new ones, please refer to the [List New Products] section for guidance.
