How to import affiliate data with Excel
When the number of members is relatively large, you can import the data of all members in batches through Excel at one time.
Open the CMSclick Customers
click Customers
click on the tab B2C.
Click "Show/Hide Columns"select the customer information input items to be imported from Excel.
Type: Member/Visitor.
Customer ID (Membership Number): The customer ID is unique and non-repeatable, and needs to comply with the number sequence set in the system settings, please refer to Playbook - Other Settings for rules on how to set the customer number.
Source: Refers to where the customer registered as a member from, if it is registered in an online store, it will be displayed as "online", if it is registered in an online or offline physical store, it will be displayed as a location number, and if it is added directly in CMS, then fill in "CMS".
Reference number: It means that the customer purchases goods as a visitor, because there is no registered member, so there is no relevant information, an order reference number will be generated, and the visitor will be associated with the order reference number.
Follow-up: Refers to the salesperson who follows up with the customer.
Date of Birth: The date of birth is related to the setting of the membership level, if it is set to display the year, month and day, the input format is "year-month-day".The location of the setting is located on the Customer - Membership System - Membership Level Edit Page - Basic Settings - Member Registration.
Country/Region Code: If you want to import a mobile number, you must import the country/region code, which is the international dialing area code, e.g. "852" for Hong Kong.
Membership Registration: The information items that are displayed after [Membership Registration] are non-registered information items that are set in the Membership Registration Form.
Pre-sales fee amount: refers to the amount that the customer has spent before the merchant uses the POSIFY system (only used as a membership level condition calculation, and will not be displayed in the system before the consumption record).
The Beijing time of the pre-sale fee refers to the date on which the customer consumes before the merchant uses the POSIFY system (it is only calculated as a condition of the membership level, and will not be displayed in the system before the consumption record).
Points/Credits: If a member has a previous record of points/credits, they can import them through this entry, or you can re-modify the member's points and credits through import.
Click "Import".
Click to download [New Template].
Open the downloaded Excel sheetenter the member information you want to import.
Go back to the CMS-Customer-Customer pageclick [Import].
Click [Select File...]select the Excel you just filled in.
After the import is successful, enter the name of the member you just imported in the search box to search for the corresponding member.
If there is a problem with the imported information, "Error found" is displayed. Clicking "Click to view error message" will download an Excel file of error messages.
Open the downloaded error message document, and the highlighted parts are the ones with errors. Point the mouse to the red box to view the reason for the error in that box.
How to export affiliate data in Excel
Open the CMSclick on Customer
click on Customers.
Click [Show/Hide Columns] to light up the information item to be exported.
Click [Export].
If you want to export all member profiles, select [All Records], if you want to export a subset of members that you want to export, you can select "Selected Records" by selecting the members you want to export, if you want to export the current search results, you can select [Current Search Results], and if you want to export only the members of the current page, select [Current Page].
If you want to export only the information items that have just been lit in [Show/Hide Columns], select [Export Show Columns Only], or if you want to export all information items, select [Export All Columns].
Click "Export" to export and download an Excel document containing member data.
