How to install Facebook Business Extension on Posify Platform?

Function 1 - Facebook Ads Extension

 1. Login in [Dashboard] > Click [Marketing] > [Setting] > [Facebook Business Extension] > [Get Started]
 

2. Please carefully read the instruction from Facebook Business Extension pop-out window, and then click [Next]
 

3.  Choose or create a Facebook Page to represent your business.
 

4. Select your Facebook Pixel, and then click [ Next]
 

5. The system would import your products to your Facebook page by default. If you want to update the products manually, please turn the option “Page Shop” off, otherwise, click [Finish] directly.
 

6. You will receive a message from a pop out window telling you the shops and products are usually reviewed within 24 hours. Click [Continue] to complete the setup.

Function 2 - Facebook Messenger Customer Chat Plugin

1. After completing the installation of Facebook Ads Extension, *you will see the interface for installing Facebook Messenger. (Optional)
 

*Only Facebook Page Admin can proceed this setting.

2. Click [View] > [Add Plugin] > Set your preferred language, greeting message and interface color.
 

3. The installation is completed when you see the green spot and text [Added] from below page.

4. Go to [Facebook page Setting] > [General] > [Messages] > Ensure you have enabled the button [Allow people to contact my Page privately by showing the Message button]
 

5. Go to [Facebook page Setting] > [Message Platform] > [Whitelisted Domains] > Ensure your shop URL is on the whitelist. Otherwise please add it manually and then click [save]
