1. What is SF Automated Delivery?

SF Automated Delivery is a local freight model that provides a fast and convenient delivery service to merchants. They can easily print out the “way-bill label” by a few clicks after receiving an order, then stick it on the package. No more manually works to fill in the label and double check the correctness! The product will be delivered effortlessly and they can even check the updated delivery status in real time.

2. What is the payment process for freight?

Posify will pay the delivery fee first and merchants can pay the reimbursement monthly.

3. How much does using SF Automated Delivery cost?

*Posify merchants only have to pay a *deposits in order to use SF Automated Delivery without being constrained by any contract.

* PosifyStarter user will be charged $150 HKD / month.

*The deposit charge will vary according to the quantity of order

4. Can I check the delivery status through Posify?

You can check the delivery status like Pending Delivery, Delivering, Delivered through Posify. You can check the shipping details on SF Express website.
