Technology Voucher Programme (TVP)
Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) from Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) is the most popular government funding scheme for merchants in Hong Kong.
To facilitate the early adoption of the relevant technological services or solutions by applicants, with effect from today, the ITC will relax the requirement for Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) applicants to obtain approval from the ITC before commencement of the projects. All applicants can start their projects on the day following the submission of the application at the earliest.
ITC has changed TVP into a regular funding scheme under the Innovation and Technology Fund. Since 1 April 2020, the funding ceiling per applicant has been increased to $600,000. Subject to the cumulative funding ceiling of $600,000, up to six projects from an applicant may be approved. Each project should normally be completed within 12 months.
