EDM Management
You can edit and send promotional emails to target specific customer groups according to your marketing campaigns by clicking Marketing > EDM.

Connect and Login to iContact
1. Click Marketing > Setting > “iContact Setting” tab
3. Click “Save” when finish
Create EDM Campaign
1. Click Marketing > EDM
2. Click “iContact” icon
3. Click “ Add”
4. Input Campaign Title, Content
5. Choose a Mail Option
6. Click “Send”
Set Up Email Template
1. Click the eye icon under “Action”
2. Use this email as template and edit
3. Click “Send as New Campaign”
Send EDM to Specific Customer as a Group
1. Select specific group, such as grade, gender and age group to send email under “Filter”
