View and export existing report
1. Click Report > Advance Report
2. Click to view the details of report
3. You can sort the report data.
4. Click Export to save the report as Excel file
Advanced Report example 1: Coupon Report
1. Go to Reporting > Advanced Report
2. Click to create a new report
3. Choose Invoice Reports > Orders with Promotions and click
4. You can click to delete unwanted fields on the left “Columns” panel
5. After that, you can no longer see that column in the report (e.g Invoice Date: Time)
6. You can add other fields by searching them in the “Column” panel e.g Coupon Code, Total Number of coupon usage
7. After that, click to save
8. Input report name and click
9. After that, click to run the report
10. After that, the report will show every order that applied “Discount”
11. You can search a coupon in the search bar , then the report will show every order that used this coupon
11. You can use filter function to view specific information, e.g search “Y00” in the “coupon code” column to view every order that used this coupon
12. You can export the search result. Just search a coupon and click
13. You can also export the whole report
14. You can edit fields by clicking
15. It will lead you back to the edit page, you can add and delete fields
16. Click to go back to the report
17. Click to show/ hide column(s)
18. All fields are selected by default
19. You can uncheck the box of unwanted fields
20. Click under action column to view a report
21. Click under action column to edit a report
22. Click under action column to delete a report
Advanced Report example 2: Stock Transfer Report
1.Go to CMS > Reporting > Advanced Report, click to create a new report
2. Choose Inventory Reports > Stock Transfer Report and click
3. You can click to delete unwanted fields on the left “Columns” panel
4. For example, delete the “Product Code” field. After that, you can no longer see that column in the report
5. You can add other fields by searching them in the “Column” panel
6. Add fields “Stock in date: Day” and “Stock out date: Day”
7. After that, these fields will be shown in the report
8. Click and input the report name, then click and back to the edit page
9. After that, click to run the report, you can view, export and edit the report then
9. Click to save as another report
