Add a member level

1. Go to CRM > Loyalty Program

2. Click Add New Level

 

Edit a member level

1. Go to CRM > Loyalty Program

2. Click right beside a member level

Delete a member level

1. Go to CRM > Loyalty Program

2. Click right beside a member level

 

Change member level hierarchy

1. Go to CRM > Loyalty Program

2. Click or left beside a member level.

 

Member level details (Upgrade Conditions & Benefits)

1. Basic Settings

  • Name - name of member level
  • Validity Period - If the member level has a validity period, then turn off never expire and input Validity Days.

2. Upgrade Condition

  • Accumulated purchase amount 
    • Input dollar amount after Accumulated purchase amount reached $.
    • To choose the product range which are available for member upgrade,  under Selected item(s) click .
    • To choose the product range which are not available for member upgrade,  under Excluded item(s) click .
    • If there’s a time limitation to achieve this upgrade condition, then turn off no limit and input limitation days.
  • One-time purchase amount
    • Input dollar amount after One-time purchase amount reached $.
  • Accumulated purchases
    • Input shopping times after Accumulated purchases reached.
    • If there’s a time limitation to achieve this upgrade condition, then turn off no limit and input limitation days.
  • Accumulated purchased items
    • Input purchase quantity after Accumulated purchase items reached.
    • If there’s a time limitation to achieve this upgrade condition, then turn off no limit and input limitation days. 
  • Purchase specific item
    • Input purchase quantity before piece of the following product.
    • To choose the product range which are available for member upgrade,  under Selected item(s) click .
    • To choose the product range which are not available for member upgrade,  under Excluded item(s) click .
    • If there’s a time limitation to achieve this upgrade condition, then turn off no limit and input limitation days.

3. Multi-Upgrade Condition

  • Condition 1 and condition 2 must be both achieved to upgrade - click to add condition 2.
  • Either condition 1 or condition 2 can be achieved to upgrade - click   to add condition 2.

4. Member benefit

  • Fixed Discount
    • Input discount percentage
    • To choose the product range which are available for member benefit,  under Selected item(s) click .
    • To choose the product range which are not available for member benefit,  under Excluded item(s) click .
  • Earn Member Point
    • Decide whether your member can get member point base on purchase amount or purchase quantity. For purchase amount, select total amount in dropdown list, otherwise, select  pcs of product.
    • Input number for purchase amount / quantity.
    • To choose the product range which are available for member benefit,  under Selected item(s) click .
    • To choose the product range which are not available for member benefit,  under Excluded item(s) click .
    • Input number of member point reward to consumer.
    • Gain by ratio - for example, you set that purchase $500 to get 50 member points. If you allow consumer to purchase $250 to get 25 member points, then turn on gain by ratio. Otherwise, please turn it off. 
    • If there’s a validity period of member points, then turn off no limit and input validity days.
  • Earn Cash Dollar
    • Decide whether your member can get cash dollar base on purchase amount or purchase quantity. For purchase amount, select total amount in dropdown list, otherwise, select  pcs of product.
    • In range? - If you want the consumer to earn cash dollar base on specific purchase amount / quantity, then turn off In range?, otherwise please turn it on and input range number.
    • To choose the product range which are available for member benefit,  under Selected item(s) click .
    • To choose the product range which are not available for member benefit,  under Excluded item(s) click .
    • Input number of cash dollar reward to consumer.
    • Gain by ratio - for example, you set that purchase $500 to get 50 cash dollar. If you allow consumer to purchase $250 to get 25 cash dollar, then turn on gain by ratio. Otherwise, please turn it off. 
    • If there’s a validity period of cash dollar, then turn off no limit and input validity days.
  • Exchange Cash Dollar
    • Input the exchange rate from member point to cash dollar 
  • Welcome Gift
    • Input gift quantity for new registered member
    • To choose the product range which are available for member benefit,  under Selected item(s) click .
    • To choose the product range which are not available for member benefit,  under Excluded item(s) click .
  • Welcome Coupon
    • Input number of coupons for new register members.
    • Select a coupon you created.
    • If there’s a validity period of member points, then turn off no limit and input validity days.
    • Tick the checkbox if you want to “Enable SMS notification”, “Enable email notification” and “Enable Facebook Messenger”
  • Welcome Member Point
    • Input number of member points for new registered member.
    • If there’s a validity period of member points, then turn off no limit and input validity days.
  • Welcome Cash Dollar
    • Input number of cash dollar for new registered member.
    • If there’s a validity period of cash dollar, then turn off no limit and input validity days.
  • Welcome Limited Discount
    • Input the percentage of discount for every transaction
    • Choose a product(s) apply to that discount
    • Decide the validation date of this discount
  • Birthday Gift
    • Input gift quantity
    • To choose the product range which are available for member benefit,  under Selected item(s) click .
    • To choose the product range which are not available for member benefit,  under Excluded item(s) click .
  • Birthday Coupon
    • Input number of birthday coupons.
    • Select a coupon you created.
    • Decide the reward period.
    • Tick the checkbox if you want to “Enable SMS notification”, “Enable email notification” and “Enable Facebook Messenger”
  • Birthday Member Point
    • Input number of member points.
    • If there’s a validity period of member points, then turn off no limit and input validity days. 
  • Birthday Cash Dollar
    • Input number of cash dollar.
    • If there’s a validity period of cash dollar, then turn off no limit and input validity days. 
  • Birthday Limited Discount
    • Input the percentage of discount for every transaction
    • Choose a product(s) apply to that discount
    • Decide the validation period of this discount
    • Tick the checkbox if you want to “Enable SMS notification”, “Enable email notification” and “Enable Facebook Messenger”
  • Free Shipping
    • Select free shipping countries / regions. 
  • Referral Benefit
    • Input max number of referral levels. For example, A refer B, and it is level one. B refer C and C refer D, and it is totally four level (Member could gain bonus up to three level).
    • Input referral rebate rate. 
      • Flat Rate = All level have the same referral rate
      • Flex Rate = Referral rate could be configured by each level
    • Select rebate type, member points or cash dollar.
    • To choose the product range which are available for referral rebate,  under Selected item(s) click .
    • To choose the product range which are not available for referral rebate,  under Excluded item(s) click .
    • If there’s a validity period of member points / cash dollar, then turn off no limit and input validity days.
    • Allow cash out for referral benefit - for more details, please refer to cash out process.
    • Required approval for referral programme - Referrer application process

5. Multi member benefit

  • Click to add more member benefit.

6. Member card layout

  • Click Browse to upload member card background image.
  • Select or input color code to change Text Color on Card.
  • Select or input color code to change Level Color.
  • If you do not want to show issue date on member card, then turn on Hide issue date.
  • If you do not want to show expiry date on member card, then turn on Hide expiry date.

7. Membership Renewal Condition

  • When your member’s membership expires, you can set a renewal condition:
  • Go to CRM > Loyalty Program > click next to the member level you want to set renewal condition > go to “Condition & Benefit” tab
  • Choose your condition, set the details of it, then click “Only use as renewal threshold”
     

*Renewal condition is different from upgrade condition

 

Notification email of member upgrade & expiration

1. To enable auto send member upgrade notification email to consumer every week, go to CRM > Setting,

open CRM Setting section, turn on Auto send member upgrade info every week

2. To set the upgrade notification email trigger, go to CRM > Loyalty Program,

find the member level that you want to add trigger, click to open Member level details page, open Condition & Benefit section,

tick Use as upgrade notification threshold to make this condition as trigger condition

3. To enable auto send member expiration notification email to consumer every week, go to CRM > Setting,

open CRM Setting section, turn on Auto send membership expiry notice,

and in Send notice before expire (days) text field, input number of days ahead of expiry date that you want to notify consumer

4. To set the expiration notification email trigger, make sure there’s a Validity Period and Upgrade Condition of member level 

5. To set the upgrade / expiration notification email template, please refer to email template in General Settings.

Other CRM settings

1. Go to CRM > Setting, open CRM Setting section:

  • SMS Verification for member registration - turn on to enable SMS verification for member registration, see how to configure SMS provider.
  • Auto send member welcome email - turn on to enable auto send welcome email to new registered member, see email template in General Settings.
  • Member point / Cash Dollar becomes valid immediately - If you do not want member receive member points / cash dollar right after the transaction settled, then please turn this off and input the number of days for effective of member points / cash dollar. 
  • Send weekly report to referrer - regarding to referral rebate benefit, if the referrer would like to know how many referees every week, then please turn this on.
  • Require SMS verification to convert cashdollar - enable SMS verification when the member convert member points to cash dollar.
  • Member level has buffer period after expired - If you would like to give some buffer days after the membership expired, then please turn this on and input buffer days.
  • Allow member links with referee after register - regarding to referral rebate benefit, please refer to a scenario like this:

Consumer A and consumer B are already your members, but there’s no relationship between A and B. 

B may buy a product via the share link spread by A, once this happens, if you allow B to become 2nd level of A, which means A can get referral rebate of B’s purchasement, then please turn this on.

  • Cash Dollar is used as discount -  for example, if the grand total of an order is $100, a consumer settle payment using $80 20 cash dollar. If you want the Total Revenue Report count this order as $80 instead of $100, then please turn this on.
