1. What is PayMe for Business?

Merchants can install PayMe for Business application on mobile devices and collect payments from customers. Customers can also pay instantly through PayMe.

 

2. What is the payment collection limit of PayMe for Business?

There is currently no payment collection limit for PayMe for Business.

 

3. Is there any service charge for using PayMe for Business?

Merchants can enjoy 0.75% transaction fee from now until  03 Feb 2020*;1.5% standard transaction fee will be applied after the campaign period.

4. Is PayMe for Business available for all Posify merchants?

Yes. PayMe for Business is available for all Posify merchants including the members of *Online/O2O/Premium Packages.

* PosifyStarter user will be charged $30 HKD / month.

 

 

5. How do I know if I am eligible to use PayMe for Business?

You can register and use PayMe for Business if you are a HSBC Business Internet Banking user. If you do not have a HSBC Business Integrated Account yet, please summit the enquiry form on https://www.posify.me/hk/new-retail-manage-payments/payme-for-business We will help you to contact HSBC staff to open your account.

 

6. What should do if I am a HSBC Commercial Banking customer but haven’t signed up for Internet Banking yet?

Please go to https://www.business.hsbc.com.hk/en-gb/everyday-banking/ways-to-bank/business-internet-banking and register for HSBC Business Internet Banking service.
